OUR PROCESS

Every set of equipment goes through our multi-stage care process, designed for hockey gear and protective equipment.

• Check in & Initial inspection — Each item is checked and tagged and logged to ensure correct handling throughout the process

• Pre Wash & Cleaning stage — Depending on the service selected, equipment is either professionally washed or carefully hand cleaned in high contact areas. We use cleaning methods and detergents suitable for hockey gear to remove sweat, dirt and residue without damaging materials

• Controlled Drying  — Equipment is dried using low-heat drying method, not high-heat drying machines. This helps protect padding, liners, adhesives and stitching from heat damage while ensuring moisture is fully removed. Proper airflow and controlled conditions reduce the risk of mold, bacteria and long-term material breakdown

• Ozone sanitization (included with Full sterilization) — For full sterilization service equipment goes through an advanced ozone dry-sanitizing process. Ozone technology is widely used in professional sports environments to reduce bacteria, viruses, odor causing microbes and other pathogens even in hard to reach areas

• Odor neutralization & finishing - After cleaning and drying gear is treated to neutralize remaining odors keeping it fresh and comfortable to use

• Final inspection & packaging — Each item is reviewed one final time before being packed and prepared for pickup. Gear is returned clean, dry and ready for the next training or game
